Cute Cottage 44 L / 4.1 m x 11.0 m / ~ 40 m² / 44 mm

A double-pitched roof to respect the tradition, a glass facade to embrace modernity. Do you like both?
Both styles are blended into this large version of our Cute Cottage models. Read more about it here!

Description

‘Winter is coming’ as we all know very well by now. As will the spring rush for garden houses!
So avoid the queue and take shelter in a garden cottage already now, and be among the first to enjoy spring surrounded by solid Nordic spruce quality!

The enchanted cottage

There you are: a peaked roof for the tradition, a plain glass facade for the modern. All united into the aptly named Cute Cottage L.
Organised similarly as the M model, the only difference of this bungalow is the extra 6 m² given to the main room. The newly-formed 20 m² room will be naturally picked by your guests, as they realise it’s the best spot to have an overview of the surroundings. High ceilings with the climbing wall of glass up to the traditional roof will bring you stars right in. How’s that for enchantement?
Not only through the patio door facing the terrace mind you, but also from the close-by double-window. The light clearly comes in this cottage from these two sides, while the two others are mostly wall-plain and intended to face North.

A homey bungalow

We believe you will quickly get that bit of cocoon-feeling in this Cute Cottage L. Aka the best competitive-price-harmony-embedded cottage we could make.
As for the other parts of the house, note that the entrance and hallway is still almost centred, with a private closed bathroom in-between.
With two entrance doors (from the terrace or from the side), the bungalow gives everyone more freedom to manoeuvre through the cottage.
Make this bigger version of the series a love nest, with the whole wall of glass facing the late summer sunset. Or invite people over for grill evenings on your new covered terrace!
Functionalities yet are many. We think the bungalow also stands fine as an outside kitchen. Or a summer living-room. A place where your guests can just sit and chat, surrounded by a qualitative and protective layer of northern-European spruce.
Feel tempted?

If not, make sure to have a look at all our range of fusion-styled houses.

Or maybe your garden could fall for another style? Rest assured, as you are given many different ones to choose from!

Still not convinced? Feel free to submit your idea to us! We’ll be more than happy to help you realise it, and liven up that special place on your land. For your own special cottage.
